Had a fantastic time with friends! The beachfront location is unbeatable, and we enjoyed the daily cleaning services. Loved the kids' playground for a bit of fun and hanging out by the pool. The staff were super friendly, assisting us with arrangements like transportation without a hitch.

One downside was the inconsistency of the air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times during the heat.

The Super Room with Sea View was pretty spacious and super clean, with daily fresh linens and towels. Loved the sea view from the room. it was a nice touch. Only downside was the air conditioning wasn't great at times, it struggled a bit in the heat. there wasn't a ton of storage for clothes—would've liked a bit more space for my stuff.

Two family pools were great for the kids, and we loved the clean beach with shallow waters. The evening entertainment was also fun, especially for families. Raija at the reception was super nice and made us feel right at home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel. The evenings were filled with engaging cultural programs, enhancing our family experience. Although the air conditioning struggled at times, the diverse pool options kept our kids entertained. We'd definitely return for the wonderful beach access.

The location of Alykanas Beach Grand Hotel By Zante Plaza was fantastic, directly by a sandy beach that made access so easy. The food was consistently great, with a variety of options every day. I loved the spacious room equipped with a kettle and fridge, perfect for a family stay.

The rooms are in dire need of updates, showcasing issues like a sewage smell and outdated décor that feels more like an asylum than a vacation spot. The bathrooms are particularly problematic, with loose toilet handles and mirrors that seem slapped together. the dining experience suffers from inconsistent food quality, and overcrowding can be a hassle. Lastly, expect to pay for towels and be prepared for slow maintenance responses when things go south.

Our stay was marred by numerous maintenance issues. The room felt sterile without personal touches. Check-in lacked any orientation, and we faced inconvenience with basic amenities like towels costing extra. Not the cozy experience we hoped for. consider lower expectations if you choose this spot.
